I've never really gotten that commercial...it's kind of gross no matter how you interpret it.

Oh yeah, I've always read this commercial as oddly sexual. I think the dexterity of his beard is meant to imply expertise in areas other than whatever job he is applying for.
This is actually on TV? Whatever happened to the color montage and "rainbow of flavors"?
